This year's Achieving, Connecting, Thriving Leadership Conference, co-convened by PEAR and Boston After School & Beyond, will focus on how professionals across the youth-serving domains can work together and share responsibility for preparing our young people—and our communities—for a positive and productive future. The conference will showcase research, practice and policy innovations that are demonstrating promise linking education, enrichment, skill development and mental health. The goal of this conference is to mobilize leaders around a common set of learning and developmental strategies that are grounded in both evidence-based practice and practiced-based evidence.
