Content Validity: The initial content adequacy processes provided a good indication of the content domain of the dimensions. Convergent and Discriminant Construct Validity: The average variance extracted (AVE) values ranged from .60 to .66, indicating good evidence for the convergent validity of the factors. A combined CFA with the Comprehensive Assessment of Team Member Effectiveness (CATME; Loughry et al., 2007) supported the measure's discriminant validity. Incremental and Predictive Validity: Both sets of regressions showed that the ITBQ accounted for incremental variance beyond the CATME in predicting perceptions of commitment to and satisfaction with the team. Criterion and Nomological Validity: Validity was also supported through the measure's fit within the nomological network of established teamwork measures.STEM Criteria
