Changes in Attitudes about the Relevance of Science (CARS)

The tool was developed to measure: (a) change of science-related attitudes over time among students; and (b) the effect of similar curricula on the attitudes of different classes.

This is a good measure for assessing attitudes toward science for older youth-some language might be challenging for younger youth or youth with lower literacy levels. Interesting approach to measuring attitudes about science and science's application to the "real world."…
